Many JobsInPA.com job seekers use keywords as their only search criteria to find jobs. In order to get your job found by the most job seekers, be sure to include as many keywords as possible in your job postings. Within the text of your posting, be sure to include relevant industry terms, abbreviations (and the full term), and any other words that job seekers may use to find a posting like yours. The more keywords you use, the more job seekers will find your ad.

Adecco Report Predicts Tough Road Ahead for Employers
If you think finding qualified candidates is already a challenge, expect that trend to continue for the foreseeable future – according to a recent study by Adecco Staffing North America. The prospect of retiring Baby Boomers, combined with the fact that people change jobs more often, mean that it’s going to get harder to find qualified people, and harder to keep them once you hire them.
Everyone has heard that the Baby Boomers are on the verge of retirement, but what does it really mean for you? Nationally, over the next 15 years, over 70 million Baby Boomers (those born 1946-1964) will reach retirement age. And due to the fact that the U.S. birthrate has steadily decreased, there will not be enough new workers entering the workforce to fill those positions.
